Our Mission
Christy's Mission is to empower one's ability to awaken consciousness by providing spiritual knowledge, practice tools, and holistic healing methods that support one's spiritual journey. Christy believes in the power of soul-level healing. Through truly knowing oneself and the nature of the universe, one can transcend human suffering and root into consciously creating a life of purpose, passion, and alignment.
Love (Divine Light) is within us all and the very essence of who we are. Our Vision is to unify with this knowing to achieve oneness as a collective and wholeness within ourselves.
What We Do
Christy works with all who seek enlightenment (liberation from suffering), through a yogic approach. Yoga, as one of the ways to know and heal oneself, is the integration of body, mind and spirit to achieve union.
The yogic path is specific to where one is at in one's own spiritual and personal growth. Christy will work with you to help you realize where you are at in that growth process and guide your personal practice while applying the knowledge necessary to recreate yourself in a way that serves your highest and best life.
Christy also uses Reiki and other energy healing practices, intuitive channeling, coaching on wellness and healthy lifestyle change, and other holistic methods, to enhance this process. All sessions aim to reach the recipient on a personal level, as Christy works intuitively to tailor to ones needs.
About Me
Christy is a teacher of yoga and spiritual knowledge, here to help those on the spiritual path of awakening consciousness.
Christy has been teaching yoga since 2019 and is also a Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach, Social Worker, and Intuitive Healer.
Putting an end to her own suffering inspired Christy’s drive to support others in their healing. She has a strong passion for helping people connect to the light within themselves, and she continues to support growth in multiple ways.
Christy enjoys spending time in nature, hot tea, and writing.
Christy is the Owner and Sole Operator of Earth Heart LLC.
